Frequently Asked Questions
A few things clients often ask before their first consultation.
What's your fee structure?
Our fees are tailored to each property and its level of care, so we don't publish a fixed rate. After your consultation, we'll put together a personalised quote based on your home, its location, and what you need from us.
Which areas do you cover?
We're based near Chichester on the South Coast, but we work with homeowners across the country. Coastal properties are our specialty, it's where our experience runs deepest, but it's not a requirement. Being local to West Sussex and Hampshire means we know these coastal areas particularly well, but distance is never a barrier to the level of care we provide.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We ask for a minimum term of six months. After that, your agreement continues on a rolling basis with 30 days' notice if you'd like to end it.
Do you manage second homes as well as full time lets?
Yes. We manage properties let out regularly with guest turnover, as well as second homes that sit empty for parts of the year and need regular checks and upkeep between visits.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of your consultation, once we've completed a walkthrough of the property and agreed a plan of care.
Do you handle guest bookings directly?
Yes. We manage the full guest experience around your stays, arrivals, departures, communication, and quality checks, alongside coordinating cleaning and preparation.
Are you available outside normal hours?
We're contactable for genuine emergencies outside normal hours. For everything else, we aim to reply within one business day.
Do you have any minimum requirements?
There's no strict minimum, and we're not limited to any one region or property type. Coastal homes are our specialty, but we welcome enquiries more broadly, wherever the property is and whatever it's like. Our focus is simply offering a higher standard of care than typical letting agents provide.
